Rent-to-Home is specifically designed for those who cannot qualify for a loan in today's tough lending market. This program offers a customized lease purchase option (LPO). As an additional resource to both real estate agents and home owners facing distress, we are developing a Short Sale Home Rescue program. The goal of this program is two-fold; unload the financial burden of the home BUT also give the home owner time to improve their credit so they can become a homeowner again AND potentially buy their home back.
